Course Description

Conflict has a bad name for itself. We live constantly with conflict, from the mundane 'what time do I hold a meeting' to the complex 'how do I restructure the organisation'.

Conflict or, more accurately, differing views, enrich our lives. However when we fail to manage conflict we may get confrontation, aggression and withdrawal.

This webinar focusses on tips and hints for developing the essential skills required to accept conflict and learning to manage the process to resolve and reach an agreed outcome when conflicting views abound.
