What is transmission of business and how do you go about it? 

There are obligations on business owners in relation to employees and employment conditions. 

This webinar will address the key concepts, methods and challenges of selling a business, in relation to employment arrangements. The various models of transmission are covered along with brief outlines of the benefits and implications of each. 

This session also addresses health records and other factors specific to health and medical organisations.
